General Information:

Session 1 (January) indoor will be begin play in mid-January

• Registration deadline for Session 1 is December 21
• Team entry fee = $585
• $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per team due by December 21 (final balance due at the first scheduled game). Teams that do not pay the $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit by December 21 will NOT be scheduled for games.
• League play begins the week of January 14th
• Individual player registration fee = $65

• The TEAM ROSTER form is an interactive, PDF.  You can type all required information (Team Name, Coach/Captain contact information, roster information (players' names, email addresses & telephone numbers) directly into the form, and then print the entire document to submit to LCS prior to your team's first played game. 
• NOTE: When filling out forms using older versions of Microsoft Word, make sure to click the "Enable Editing" yellow tab across the top of the screen in order to access the form.
