General Info:
The spring 2008 season is scheduled to kick off on Saturday, March 29. The league is tentatively scheduled to conclude the weekend prior to the Memorial Holiday weekend (May 17) subject to rainouts, reschedules, etc.
Paper forms which are still required to register include the MYSA membership form and the medical consent form; liability release waiver which is available on each respective registration page. These paper forms are required for the spring league and the middle school league. Player passes for league play (excluding middle school) cannot be issued without the properly completed MYSA membership form and the medical consent form; liability release waiver, which MUST be notarized.
If your team played in the league last fall, 2007, no additional paperwork is required on current players. Only new registrants (i.e. high school aged boys at the U15 age group and older) or first time players for the current registration year (Aug. 31, 07 - July 31, 08) need to complete the registration form and medical release form.

Coach Registration / KIDSAFE Program requirements:
Every team coach, team manager, team administrator or any other adult registering with a team through Lake Country Soccer, MUST complete the MYSA On-line KIDSAFE registration and pay the $15 registration fee. Additionally, a MYSA Membership form MUST be completed and submitted along with the KIDSAFE CONFIRMATION PAGE you will receive, after completing the on-line registration through MYSA's web site. EACH COACH MUST COMPLETE THE ON-LINE KIDSAFE REGISTRATION. Be sure to print the confirmation page and make a copy for your records.
Go to https://ssl.hammerhead.net/MYSAsafekids/RiskUser.asp No adult will be included on a youth roster without completing this registration process. This MUST be done for EACH team an adult will be working with this spring.
Dual Rostering
Missouri Youth Soccer Association permits a player to roster on two different teams. If you have a player who wishes to play for two teams through Lake Country Soccer, that player must have complete a DUAL ROSTER REQUEST FORM and must be signed by BOTH team coaches and returned with their primary team’s paperwork. If a player is playing on two different teams, both teams MUST be competing in different divisions. A MYSA membership form MUST be completed for each team on which the player with roster.
Special Request Form
If your team does request weekends off, your team will be scheduled for one or two doubleheader Saturdays so that the league can be completed in the time frame scheduled. There will be no league games on April 5-6 due to our Ozarks Coca-Cola /Dr Pepper LCS Friendship Cup tournament.
Coach License Mandate
All coaches in the Lake Country Soccer league are required to have, at minimum, an “F” coaching license.
