Click (here) register online for the entry level referee clinic.  The next outdoor referee entry clinic is Feb 25, 26 and 27, 2011.  Interested persons must attend all 16 hours of the clinic in order to test.  The Feb 2011 clinic is using the same registration system that is used to register individuals for team placement for the Lake Country Soccer League. Class size is limited to 40 registrantsYou MUST register online.  In the drop down menus, select the following to register for the referee course:

(1) Skill level desired* "Instructional"
(2) Session ** - select "USSF Referee Entry Level Grade 8 Referee Course"
(3) Division*** - select "Referee Clinic"
(4) Complete the remainder of the information boxes
(5) Click the "Submit Registration" buttom at the bottom
(6) Print two copies of the "Registration Confirmation Page"

$65 Checks should be made out to:
"MRDP" (Missouri Referee Development Program
)
and should be left at the dome with your registration confirmation form, or mailed with your registration confirmation form to:

Forms and money are due by February 15Class size is limited to 40 registrants. You must register online.  Once you have registered online, more info will be sent to you via the email address that you provide when you register online.

Outdoor Referee availability forms MUST be submitted to Tonya Wade-Smith to be eligible to officiate LCS youth league games.  Also, every new referee is REQUIRED to have on file at Lake Country Soccer, a completed 2011 IRS Form 1099-Misc.

Referees under the age of 16 MUST have a completed PARENTAL CONSENT form on file with Tonya Wade-Smith.  Successful completion of the entry level referee course does not guarantee assignment of games for any certified official desiring to work games in the Lake Country Soccer league.
