Lake Country Soccer Scholarship Application

2009 Nomination of the Year forms:

Each year, Lake Country Soccer accepts nominations from outdoor youth league teams to recognize those who give to the game. Nominations are accepted for Coach of the Year: Boys & Girls / Recreational and Competitive, Young Referee of the Year; Boys & Girls and Volunteer of the Year. Nominations received from the Lake Country Soccer outdoor youth league (spring and fall 2009) are reviewed by the LCS Board. League winners are then selected and forwarded to Missouri Youth Soccer for state recognition. State winners are then eligible for regional recognition. Regional winners are eligible for national recognition.

The deadline to submit to Lake Country Soccer is October 15th.

Lake Country Soccer winners will be announced at the LCS 2009 Annual General meeting on Thursday, November 12th.
